Judges At the first stage of judging, entries will be assessed by a team consisting of: a leading architect, a local authority planning expert and a local lay person (who expresses the views of the community). Wherever possible, an expert in disabled access will be included on the team. This team reports its recommendations to our National Panel, a small group of experts in building and the environment, all at the top of their professions.
