The Northwest Business Environment Awards is the most prestigious regional event in celebration of environmental business excellence. The event, hosted by ENWORKS and the Northwest Regional Development Agency, is a celebration of the crème-de-la-crème of the region's environmentally conscious businesses.

The Northwest's green heroes will be revealed at a prize-giving ceremony featuring speakers from industry, along with an opportunity to meet the winners and network with environmental and business leaders.
The award ceremony will be held at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on 19 October 2010 and will be the most prestigious event in the region's green business calendar.
Awards will be presented for Built Environment, Best Environmental Practice, Environmental Innovation, Media & Communications, Environmental Leadership and Combating Climate Change (which is new for 2010).
